    Title: 有效微生物之分離與除臭試驗

    Abstract: 本研究從堆肥、土壤、市售鮮奶及優酪乳等材料分離具除臭效果之有效微生物,包括類放線菌及類乳酸菌屬,再進行除臭試驗及菌種鑑定,鑑定項目包括菌株特性、細胞壁成份分析,菌株醣類利用及電子顯微鏡觀等。鑑定分析結果與Actinobase及Intemational Joumal of Systematic Bacteriology比對,得到類放線菌株CNCF9為Streplomyces variabilis 菌種。類乳酸菌株以乳酸菌快速鑑定套組(API 5虻HL)進行鑑定,得到導到與 Pediococcus及Laclobacillus para. paracasei CNCLl等菌株已被鑑定。
    In this study, several Aclinomyces and lactic acid bacteria-like strains were isolated hom soil, compost, milk or yogurt. These cultures were examined for strain identification and odor elimination tests. Strain identifications included were Gram staining, morphology, cell wall compositosition analysiysis, t, cat:catalase reaction, carbon sources utilization and electron microscopic examinfninations. The strain Slreptomymyces variabilis CNCF9 was identified after compared the identification results with the Actinobase and Intemational Joumal of Systematic Bacteriology. The lactic acid bacteria-like strains were further identified with API 50 CHL test kit. The identification res results obtained showed that some strains have high similarities with Pediococcus pentosaceus and Lactobacillus para. paracasei.The stratns Pediococcus pentosaceus CNCM28 and Lactobacillus para. paracasei CNCLlwere identified
