    Abstract: 自從勞工安全衛生法適用學校實驗室以來,排氣櫃性能評估成為實驗操作者是否安全重要指標之一。本研究宗旨在了解學校實驗室排氣櫃之現況,以確保使用者之安全與健康,研究中以熱線式風速計(KANOMAX 24-6111型)對嘉南藥理學院41間實驗室內之69個排氣櫃,進行蓋窗全開面與15公分開口面之風速測定;同時並配合問卷訪視,期能對所有排氣櫃之性能有更進一步了解。 結果發現於69個排氣櫃中:蓋窗採15公分開口面時,有66個排氣櫃其控制風速已達0.4m/s以上,僅有3個不足0.4m/s。而於全開面時,則只有37個排氣櫃之控制風速達0.4m/s以上,32個不足0.4m/s。上述資料,詳細列表於文中,提供使用者作為氣櫃操作與維護時之參考資料。而調查中又發現氣櫃存在噪音之問題,此部份暴露問題值得在日後更進一步的探討時列入評估項目中。
    Since the laws of labor safety and health were applied in school laboratories, the capacity of exhaust hoods has become one of the most important criterion for evaluating hoods at school laboratories and to keep the users' safety and healthy. In this experiment, we measured the velocity of 69 exhaust hoods at 41 school laboratories (wlth the KANOMAX MODEL 24-6111 AMEMOMASTER). The air velocity of the exhaust hoods was measured in two conditlons-one is done with the door opened 15cm wide, the other is done with the door fully opened. At the same time we formulated a questionnaire to better understand the users' opinions on the functions of the exhaust hoods.The result says, in the 69 exhaust hoods which have 66 control velocity reach )>O.4m/s but 3 fall in the condition in which the door is opened 15cm wide. And 37 exhaust hoods reach > O.4m/s but 32 fall in the condition in which the door is fully opened.The detailed data are listed in the article, which can be for the operators' reference in operation and maintenance. Besides, we found the noise stress is another problem which is worth further studying.
