    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在於開發─簡單快速的逆相HPLC分析方法以測定化妝品中水楊酸的含量。以甲醇\水(含0.05M磷酸)=85\15為移動相進行單一分離(isocraticseparation)可得到最佳分離效果,分析所用的分離管柱是Mightysil RP-18 GP(5μm,20×4.6mm i.d.)、流速為1.1mL/min並以254nm為偵測波長。其線性範圍為5g/mL至100g/mL,相關係數(correlation coefficient)=0.998,變異係數值(CV)為1.15%,回收率達99%。
    A simple, rapid and reliable high performance liquid chromatographic method for determinatin of salicylic acid (SA) in cosmetic formulations has been developed. Isocratic separation was performed using an Mightysil RP-18GP column ( 5μm, 25cm x 4.6mm i.d.) with a mobile phase MeOH: H20 in 0.05M H3PO4 (75: 25, v/v). flow rate 1.1 mL/min and UV detector at 254 nm. The peak high response versus concentration was coefficients were O.998, and the coefficient of variation and the recovery were respectively, 1.15% and 99%.
