Abstract:	本研究的目的旨在探討研究的目的旨在探討休閒產業人力資源需求與個人實質GDP 之關係，並透過勞動需求預測模式之建立，瞭解兩者之關係。研究方法主要採取Dickey and Fuller (1981)提出的 ADF(Augmented Dickey-Fuller)單根檢定法，針對1982~2007 年將所觀察得到的國內總生產毛額(GDP)及文化運動及休閒服務業的國內總生產毛額(GDPr) 時間順序數據，進行分析。藉由本研究的結果，能夠瞭解休閒產業個人實質GDP 與需工情形，提供給政府、學校與一般大眾對休閒產業未來趨勢發展重視。另一方面，研究結果可以提供給教育單位與相關產業，瞭解人才規劃培養與訓練的時程，有效提供休閒產業人才需求，並積極掌握未來趨勢與發展，不造成人力擁擠與短缺。
