    Abstract: 本研究利用聚嗍砜(polysulfone, PSF)/聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol, PEG)摻合製備成具有高選擇性及透氣性之薄膜。本研究摻合不同量聚乙二醇於聚嗍砜薄膜中製備成組成比例不同之聚嗍砜/聚乙二醇複合薄膜,小分子量(Mw=200)聚乙二醇會影響薄膜中氣體擴散之效果能有效提昇複合膜之分離性能,聚乙二醇添加改變複合薄膜之高分子鏈之蠕動特性並影響氣體之質傳行為,本研究中聚嗍砜/聚乙二醇薄膜之氣體分離性能將以探討溶解擴散模式及薄膜組成改變等方式,討論二氧化碳及甲烷氣體於複合薄膜中之溶解與擴散行為,並以操作壓力之變化探討氣體分離膜中記乙二醇添加對薄膜中氣體分子可能質傳行為之影響。
