    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的在探討影響台南地區中式餐飲從業人員是否留任目前工作中之各項因素的滿意度與其留任傾向的關係。於研究結構下,從台南市供餐能力達20桌以上之中式筵席餐廳中,隨機抽出30家餐廳,每家餐廳再隨機抽取1-5位員工為樣本,由研究者面對面施測問卷,共得有效問卷120份。研究結果經由數據整理及統計分析後,顯示出兩項結論:(1)留任傾向與工作條件滿意度、交流升遷滿意度、肯定尊重滿意度有顯著正相關。(2)不同工作內容的員工於交流升遷滿意度上有顯著差異。
