    Abstract: 型態研究顯示放孔數目與孢子囊大小關係，游孢子的釋放方式兩者是根生壺菌屬(Rhizophdium) 相當穩定的特徵，而游孢子的釋放機制可能具有尚未被證明的分類價值，包括：游孢子從釋放管或釋放孔一一釋出、在無膜包圍下群集游動後逐漸散開、從孢子囊壁溶解或破裂釋出。本研究以臺灣地區分離的38個根生壺菌屬株，進行 rDNA 之 ITS 序列比對，所建立的親緣關係與上述各種孢子釋放機制相吻合。
