    Abstract: 研究採取文獻分析與案例討論,針對美國小聯盟聖安東尼奧Missions棒球隊的行銷主管的領導行為,提出建議。透過Jubenville、Goss、and Ledford(2004)提出的小聯盟行銷理論,來檢視聖安東尼奧Missions棒球隊的行銷策略。本研究建議,領導理論可以幫助聖安東尼奧Missions棒球隊行銷主管在執行領導工作時,產生更大的效益。結論建議,行銷主管能夠結合理論來進行實際的組織領導工作相信一定可以將行銷主管這個職位發揮完善,並為組織創造更大的利益。
