Abstract:	人性在經濟發展過程中，扮演一非常重要之角色，它同時亦肯定了人類生命與生存之價值。人性包含許多成份，諸如善、利已、理性、正義、公平等。因此，吾人除明瞭此義外，更當彰顯人性之善而揚棄其缺失。例如，吾人當建立各種制度與體系，以促使人性之善－理性、互助、力行和服務之人生觀，即所謂「道德的善」轉變為「經濟的善」。假如吾人能達此目標，則必能建立一正義且公平之社會，大同世界之理想必將早日來到。 Humanity plays a very important part in the process of economic development. It also confirms the values of mens’ life and existence. Humanity includes many ingredients, such as goodness, selfishness, reason, justice, equality and so on. Therefore, we not only understand the meanings of it, but also express the goodness and drop the deflections out of it. For example, we’ll establish the institutions and systems to express the goodness of humanity-the views of reason, cooperation, practice and service, just so-called “Moral Good” and then translate them into “Economic Good”. If we can get it, then we’ll create a society of justice and equality and the ideal of Ta Tong World will be coming soon.
