    Title: 不同分子量聚酯系列高分子塑化劑對聚嗍薄膜滲透蒸發特性之影響

    Abstract: 本研究以製備具高分離性能的滲透蒸發薄膜為目的,期望提高聚嗍碸薄膜對乙醇-水溶液之透過率及選擇性。研究中利用不同分子量聚酯系列高分子塑化劑添加入聚嗍碸薄膜,製備出含不同高分子塑化劑及比例之複合膜,並利用塑化劑對高分子鏈蠕動特性之差異改變其滲透蒸發分離性能,且探討分子鏈排列改變對提高薄膜分離性能之影響。本研究將利用薄膜在不同塑化劑含量下對高分子鏈蠕動與膨潤特性之影響,且利用滲透蒸發的測試,以尋求最佳之塑化劑添加比例,並經由玻璃轉移溫度的測試來解釋塑化劑之蠕動特性對改變滲透蒸發性能之影響。研究發現以低分子量塑化劑添加可同時增加滲透蒸發薄膜之透過率與選擇性,高分子量塑化劑添加則使滲透蒸發薄膜之透過率與選擇性皆降低。
    The purpose of this study focused on the effect of polymer chain mobility on the improvement of separation performance of polysulfone pervaporation membrane. The composite membranes were prepared with different molecular weight olyester plasticizer. The polymer chain mobility was changed with the molecular weight and amount of additive in olysulfone membranes. The correlation between pervaporation performances and the polymer chain mobility change in composite membranes were investigated in this study. The optimum amount of plasticizer additive would be obtained in a serial of pervaporation tests with various amount of plasticizer additive. The Tg measurements were made for nderstanding the relationship between polymer chain mobility and separation performance of polysulfone/plasticizer omposite membranes. On the other hand, the lower molecular weight plasticizer additive showed an increase in both of permeation rate and separation factor of composite membranes. High molecular weight plasticizer additive revealed a decrease in separation performance of pervaporation.
