摘要:	國內職業安全衛生教育，從民國六十五年的嘉南藥理科技大學首創工業安全衛生科（五專）一所，逐漸增加。目前增設有職業安全衛生系的技職院校除嘉南藥理科技大學外，計有輔英科技大學、弘光科技大學、大仁技術學院與中華醫事學院等共五所。一般大學則有長榮大學、中國醫藥大學與中山醫學大學。而跨環工與工安領域設有環境與安全工程學系的，則有聯合大學、雲林科技大學、高雄第一科技大學、東南技術學院、中台醫護技術學院、明志技術學院與中華醫事學院等院校，其中中華醫事學院則兩種均設。每個技職院校或一般大學的職業安全衛生系，無不以「防止職業災害，保障勞工之安全」達成「經濟與環保兼籌並顧」，期能「改善工作環境，減少職業災害，促進勞資和諧」為其任重道遠的宏大教育目標，但培育勞工安全衛生管理人員卻也是關係學生就業最現實的目標之一。而取得勞工安全衛生管理人員相關證照，對職業安全衛生系同學的生涯發展，將有所裨益。近年來政府大力推動教育改革，其中「證照制度」受到社會各界認同，對「文憑主義」也是一項實質改善的有效措施。就此目標，本文嘗試對現有的教學師資、教材與課程等加以探討，並提出一些建議，希望對國內技職院校的職業安全衛生系有所裨益。 From 1976, the university number of the occupational safety and hygiene technological and vocational education is increasing. There are five technological universities and two ordinary universities that have Department of Occupational Safety and Hygiene; Chia-Nan University of Science and Pharmacy, Hunkuang University, Fooyin University. Tajen Institute of Technology, Chun Hwa College of Medical Technology, Chung Shan Medical University, and China Medical University. Even there are seven technological universities have Department of Safety, Health and Environment Engineering; National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology , National United University, Tung Nam Institute of Technology, Chung Tai Institute of Health Science and Technology ,Ming Chi Institute of Technology, and Chun Hwa College of Medical Technology. Both of two kinds of them had set up in Chun Hwa College of Medical Technology. Each Department of Occupational Safety and Hygiene or Department of Safety, Health and Environment Engineering has many great Technological and Vocational Education educational target. But the Cultivation the Labors Safety and Health Staff may be most important for the Department of Occupational Safety and Hygiene. For the purpose, we discuss the qualification of teachers, teaching materials, and curriculums. In addition, there are some proposals for the improvement of the educational system. We hope that thesis will offer significant advances in educations of Occupational Safety and Hygiene for our country.
