    摘要: 五氯酚為工業上常見的污染物之一,對水域生態與環境平衡衝擊甚大,以生物降解方式因具較高之經濟效益,故可做為五氯酚污染整治的最佳選擇之一。本研究自加油站附近的污泥中篩選出二株五氯酚降解菌,經革蘭氏染色法測試發現實驗菌株皆為陰性菌。另一方面,探討外加碳源對五氯酚生物降解作用之影響,結果顯示外加葡萄糖、酵母萃取物及丙酮酸皆對五氯酚之生物降解作用有正向助益,尤其以丙酮酸為最佳;另外將五氯酚溶液預先以0.5 M鐵樹脂和0.1 M雙氧水進行氧化10分鐘後,再植入菌種可更快速將五氯酚降解,使處理後之溶液經過濾除菌後,使其符合放流水標準。
    Pentachlorophenol (PCP) is commonly occurring industrial pollutants, which has been found to affect aquatic life, causing ecological imbalance. Biodegradation of organic chemicals by microbes has been studied due to the lower cost for pollution remediation. Two isolates of effective degradation of PCP were acclimated from the sludge of gas station by batch culture, and the effects of supplementing the carbon sources on the biodegradation of PCP were mentioned in this study. The results showed that presence of glucose, yeast extract and pyruvate enhanced the degradation rate of PCP, pyruvate is the best one of all the additional carbon sources . As pre-oxidation progressed toward but prior to complete mineralization, reaction intermediates became increasingly more biogradable, which suggested the potential of using oxidation by 0.5 M Fe+3 resin/0.1 M H2O2 in conjunction with biological treatment for the effective treatment of PCP.
