    摘要: 一種以酸自生豆漿中提煉純素結著劑之製造方法,係以酸提煉生豆漿而取得一酸性沉澱物,或可進一步以磷酸鹽提煉該酸性沉澱物而取得一中性沉澱物,該酸性沉澱物或中性沉澱物可加入素肉組成物當純植物性之結著劑,將素肉組成物結著與成膠而成一不含蛋白粉或乳清粉之純植物性素肉者。
