    摘要: 本發明係有關於一種可抑制基質金屬蛋白活性的樟芝(Taiwanofungus camphoratus)萃取物及其製備方法;其中,樟芝萃取物係樟芝分離株之菌絲體,經深層培養所獲得的胞外多醣體(exopolysaccharides),利用不同的酒精濃度範圍沉澱分離樟芝胞外多醣體,可得到不同分子量的多醣體混合物,以分子量分佈範圍為1000~30000之間,特別明顯有抑制基質金屬蛋白(matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs)活性的能力;另外,樟芝萃取物之製備方法包括固態培養、菌絲體液態深層培養及分離出樟芝萃取物之步驟。
