    Abstract: 本計畫主要利用二醋酸鈀(II)在三苯基磷及三乙基胺作用下,對2-(2-溴苯硫基)烯?3,5及2-(2-溴苯氧基)烯?4,6化合物進行分子內催化環合反應,皆選擇在碳-碳雙鍵上加成,得到一系列二氧苯并[b]塞-2-甲?11,13及二氫苯并[b]派暔-2-甲?12,14。
    This thesis describes the regiochemistry Intramolecular cyclization of 2-(2-bromophenylthio)alkenenitriles 3, 5 and 2-(2-bromophenoxy)alkenenitriles 4, 6, which underwent cyclization at the carbon-carbon double bond to give a series of 3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[b]thiine-2-carbonitriles 11, 13 and 3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[b]oxine-2-carbonitriles 12, 14 when heated with catalytic amounts of palladium acetate ane triphenyl phosphine in the presence of triethyl amine.
