    Title: 氯離子對硫氧化菌自河川底泥中淋溶鉛之影響

    Abstract: 二仁溪下游河段為台灣南部地區污染最
    嚴重之河段之一,其底泥中更富含歷年來累
    積而成之高濃度重金屬。本研究主要探討氯
    鹽濃度的變化對由二仁溪底泥所馴養出之原
    生硫氧化菌在進行底泥中鉛之生物淋溶時之
    影響。結果顯示,當氯鹽濃度為1.0%時,底
    泥pH 之降低情形最好,顯示硫氧化菌在此
    條件下活性最大。而在此條件下,總可萃取
    性鉛之溶出效率也比在其他氯鹽濃度時為
    高。鉛在原泥樣中主要與有機物、鐵氧化物
    及碳酸鹽鍵結,而經生物淋溶後,主要則與
    有機物鍵結。
