    Abstract: 利用標記基因篩檢法構築溶血酶基因hly1 剔除株，並以聚合酶鏈反應(PCR)
    加以確認溶血酶基因hly1 剔除株；溶血酶hly1 基因剔除株對HeLa cell 的黏附
    作用及侵入作用皆比S. choleraesui SC-1 菌株低，大約是S. choleraesui SC-1 菌株
    的30%，顯示溶血酶基因hly1 在S. choleraesui SC-1 菌株的感染機制中扮演了重
    要的角色。
