    Abstract: 三氯甲烷之在工業上應用相當的廣泛,由Miller研究指出三氯甲烷經吸收分佈及代謝後,60%是經由呼出CO2氣體排出,25%是由尿液排出,其中尿液中未活化代謝物三氯甲烷存在尿液尚存有一定比例。本實驗即以尿液中三氯甲烷為生物暴露指標物(BEI)並且利用固相微萃取技術(SPME)為主要的樣品前處理步驟,具有整合萃取及注入分析之裝置等優點。
    以PDMS/DVB浸入添加300mgNaCl的尿液中振盪吸附30min後,以GC/FID分析之。結果顯示,線性範圍從0.01~0.3 ppm,R2 達0.996。從尿液、去離子水及混合尿液之檢量線計算各配製濃度之相對回收率均在73% ~98%,所以本實驗三氯甲烷的濃度範圍為0.01~0.3 ppm應無明顯的基質效應;但高濃度時可能會有明顯基質效應的發生。而樣品之穩定性分析結果,除低濃度0.02 ppm的C.V值為10.1 % 稍微偏高外,其他的C.V值皆小於10 %。偵測極限為0.0002μg/mL。
