    Abstract: 本研究主要為合成具溫度感應性之乳膠顆粒，以作為化妝品有效成分之載體，此載體具有溫度感應性，其在某一溫度以上會收縮將內部之化妝品有效成分釋放出來，而在某一溫度以下則不會有收縮的現象而可將化妝品有效成分儲存在其內部，在此研究中我們主要是以氮-異丙基丙烯醯胺(N-isopropylacrylamide)-幾丁聚醣（Chitosan）交連共聚物為核層，甲基丙醯酸甲酯(methyl methacrylate)-甲基丙醯酸(methacrylic acid)共聚物為殼層,來製造出化妝品有效成分之載體，並對其合成、性質及應用做一探討。
