    Abstract: 化妝品中防腐劑的使用極為重要，本計畫擬針對具有殺菌抑菌效果之中草藥探討其作為化粧品防腐之可能性進行評估，評估方法包含葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌、黴菌等之抑菌圈及抑菌最低濃度之測定。利用本計畫之研究不但建立化妝品防腐之評估平台，同時期待能將中草藥應用在化妝品之防腐劑用途。
