    Abstract: 本研究主要篩選黃耆、枸杞、何首烏及杜仲等四種知名中草藥，利用不同有機溶劑萃取後，藉由TEAC與DPPH抗自由基測試法評估其抗氧化能力評估。實驗結果顯示何首烏之乙醇溶液部分抗氧化能力最強(IC 50 = 4.60 ppm)(與Trolox效果相似)，另外，黃耆之乙醇溶液部分、何首烏之丁醇溶液部分、杜仲之乙醇溶液部分、枸杞LCE之乙醇溶液部分也有不錯的抗氧化效果。
