Triterpenoids From Humata Pectinatai
https://ir.cnu.edu.tw/handle/310902800/25966
title: Triterpenoids From Humata Pectinatai abstract: From the alcohol extract of the whole plant of Humata pectinata, two new triterpenoids were isolated alone with the known compounds neohop-13(18)-ene(4),neohop-12-ene (5), hop-21-ene (6), hop-22(29)-ene (7), and diplopterol(8). On the basis of spectral and chemical evidences,it was show that the two new triterpenes have the structures corresponding to hopao-3β-o1 (1) and hopan-3β-yl acetate (2).
The Rate of Elimination and Distribution Volume of Rabbit Muscle Creatine Phosphokinase
https://ir.cnu.edu.tw/handle/310902800/25965
title: The Rate of Elimination and Distribution Volume of Rabbit Muscle Creatine Phosphokinase abstract: An in vivo study on the elimination of rabbit muscle creatine phosphokinase (CPK) following intravenous administration has been carried out with nine rabbits selected for low endogeneous CPK fluctuation character. A two-compartment open model is proposed for the disposition of CPK. The equation Cp= Ae -αt+ Be -βt was employed to fit the profile of CPK activity in the plasma. The pharmacokinetic parameters of CPK in rabbits were determined at low, medium and high dose levels, and the factors which affect the estimation of pharmacokinetic parameters are discussed. The elimination of CPK appeared to be independent of the injected dose, but the intersubject variability was significant. The pharmacokinetic parameters α and β at high injected dose (860 U/ kg body weight, n=9) were estimated to be 0.432 +- 0.274 h-1 and 0.099+-0.031 h-1. This value for β in vivo is significantly larger than the inactivation rate constant of CPK in vitro. Hence, there must be some other mechanism involved in vivo in addition to simple inactivation in the circulation by the body temperature. The distribution volume of injected CPK in the steady state was estimated to be approximately 4.3 +-1.1% of body weight. The result suggests that injected CPK is distributed into a major compartment (plasma) and a minor one (assumed to be interstitium).
The Rate of Appearance and Disappearance of Plasma Muscle Creatine Phosphokinase in Rabbits after Intramuscular Administration of Sulpyrine Injection
https://ir.cnu.edu.tw/handle/310902800/25964
title: The Rate of Appearance and Disappearance of Plasma Muscle Creatine Phosphokinase in Rabbits after Intramuscular Administration of Sulpyrine Injection abstract: The appearance and disappearance profile of plasma CPK in rabbits after intramuscular administration of 25% (w/v) of sulpyrine injection was demonstrated with seven rabbits. The profiles in five rabbits showed a biphasic pattem and could be fitted to an one-compartment open model whereas the remainder showed an erratic pattern. The mean rate constant of appearance (Kap) and disappearance (Kap) of CPK after sulpyrine injection were estimated to be 0.14 +- 0.047 (mean +- S.D.) and 0.062 +- 0.015 h-1.The regression equations obtained by the weighted damping Gauss-Newton method were presented.By using the estimation of 95% confidence intervals, Kap can be derived from the sum of Kdp and β (overall elimination rate constant from in bolus experiment). The result provides an approximate estimation for the Kap in the case ot erratic profile.
The Crystal and Molecular Structure of 1-(2-Amino-4-pyrimidinyl)-β-carboline**
https://ir.cnu.edu.tw/handle/310902800/25963
title: The Crystal and Molecular Structure of 1-(2-Amino-4-pyrimidinyl)-β-carboline** abstract: An alkaloid extracted from a small evergreen tree, Annona montata, was identified as 1-(2-amino-4-pyrim-idinyl)-β-carboline monohydrate by the X-ray method. The crystal data are; a=20.699, b=4.453, c=15.720A, and β=112.160; space group, P21/c; Z=4. The structure was solved by the direct method and refined by the least-squares method to the final R value of 0.109 for 1451 independent reflections. The water molecule is connected to four nitrogen atoms by hydrogen bonds. Two of them are in different groups; one is in the five-membered ring of the β-carboline skelton, and the other is in the pyridine of the β-carboline skelton. The fifth hydrogen bond connects two nitrogen atoms, one of which is in the amino group, and the other, in the py-rimidine skelton.
